Your role will centre around supporting adults with substance misuse issues in our Accommodation Based Services centrally located in Hereford. As a Specialist Worker, you will be supported by the Project Manager, but you will be the service lead for supporting people with substance misuse issues. You will guide the wider team and help shape the service response to supporting people with substance misuse issues.

Hereford is an area where CCP are increasing our services. Flexibility is key and progression will be possible.
You will play a key part in shaping the service within the area.
