We are an established charity looking for a hands-on Building Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting within our supported living accommodation which support vulnerable young adults. This is a mix of day shifts and waking nights, and you will be working lone working at night.

Day-to-day you will be involved in maintaining the grounds and buildings, proactively maintaining and inspecting health and safety standards, carrying out low level repairs as appropriate. You will also be responsible for maintaining security levels at the sites.

We are looking for a strong team player who has good attention to detail. This role is a great opportunity with possibilities for progression and is also very hands-on so you will enjoy doing some maintenance.

The hours are on a rota basis, including evenings and nights. You will also be self-motivated and comfortable working alone and have some experience in a similar role.
