We have an exciting opportunity within our newly formed People, Engagement and Quality Team (formerly CCP Support Services) for an experienced and confident Senior Administrator to lead our Administration team. PEQ provides essential recruitment, HR, training and development, volunteer management, Quality/accreditation and events support to the Charity.

The Senior Administrator will be based from our HQ in Cheltenham and will head up our team of Administrators as well as providing executive support to the CCP Senior Leadership Team and Senior Management team through business administration.

The Senior Administrator will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of CCP's administrative functions, so attention to detail and driving standards and performance within the team is a must.

This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in supporting the backroom functions of the Charity and, as such, the wider aims of the organisation to improve lives and chances of the people we support.
