Part-time – 52.5 hours over a two week rota (Week 1 – 22.5 hours : Week 2 – 30 hours)

Salary - £21,000 pro rata + benefits

It is a one year fixed-term contract in the first instance.

We have a new and exciting opportunity available in Worcestershire called Somewhere Safe to Stay. This scheme will give rapid and intensive support to help people off the streets and into accommodation.

The scheme is the latest addition to the range of services in Worcestershire that aim to reduce the number of people sleeping rough.

Do you think you have what it takes to make a difference to homelessness and rough sleepers? We need someone who is passionate about these issues and is ready for the challenge.

Every day you will:

  • Provide intensive personalised support and case management to homeless people with multiple and complex needs.
  • Offer direct support to clients at the Somewhere Safe To Stay Hub and develop an understanding of their essential independent living skills.
  • Liaise with internal and external homelessness services to build individual wraparound support packages and provide assistance to find sustainable accommodation.
