What We Do
CCP is dedicated to preventing the causes and reducing the effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion. With a team of over 340 staff and volunteers, we are actively delivering services and projects in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Teignbridge.
