Hours : Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

Salary : £19,000 - £21,000 (pro rata for part-time) per annum + benefits

The Community Wellbeing Service works to improve general wellbeing and meet people's wider social needs. You will assist people to make informed choices by providing relevant information and connecting people to local services, organisations and groups.

As a Social Prescriber you will be covering the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury area providing people with non-medical prescriptions for their concerns and presenting issues. Social Prescribing empowers people to take control of their own health and wellbeing by giving time to focus on personalised solutions.
