5072 people accessed drop-in information, advice and services at Cheltenham 1st Stop

2215 people accessed drop-in homelessness advice services in Worcestershire

921 juveniles and vulnerable adults with mental health problems or learning difficulties were supported by Appropriate Adults

824 adults experiencing social isolation, loneliness, and poor physical and emotional wellbeing accessed Social Prescribing services

717 food parcels were issued to individuals and families living on the edge of poverty

653 people accessed our debt, benefits and financial inclusion service, with £455,981 secured for clients, including debt written off, monies gained from charitable grants and benefit entitlements claimed

646 people accessed Homelessness Prevention services

257 rough sleepers were supported to access accommodation

200 young people accessed our supported accommodation

190 Volunteers contributed 28,400 hours, worth £375k

72 families accessed family and parenting support, family relationships mediation, and counselling for young people 

71 people with mental health issues were supported to avoid homelessness

23 social work students from 5 universities contributed 13,950 hours, worth £184k

14 care leavers were supported through the transition to independent living
