CCP congratulates the 2022 Green Impact award winners as were announced at the Green Impact awards ceremony on 7 September 2022 at Forest Green Rovers. 18 organisations took part in the Green Impact scheme and have achieved the following awards: - 2 bronze, 3 silver, 5 gold, and 8 platinum awards.

Sustainability in corporate governance includes encouraging businesses to consider the environmental, social, human, and economic impact of their business decisions, and to focus on long-term sustainable value creation rather than short-term financial value. CCP is aware of the importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and is developing responsible and sustainable business practices within the charity organisation.

CCP was awarded Most Improved Submission, moving from bronze to gold, and a Gold Award for Green Impact. CCP received the award as a result of the hard work and dedication of the CCP Green Impact Committee. Sam Henson, CCP Project Manager (GEM Navigator Developer) has extended a personal thank you to the committee members and acknowledges that their dedication and insightful input have been invaluable in making CCP greener and more sustainable.

Robert Opificius, Cleaner won the Sustainable Hero award as he goes above and beyond in his role at CCP. Robert is to be commended for his commitment to supporting CCP with its recycling, often sorting it manually. His dedication to educating staff members about being green deserves recognition.
