With a team of over 340 staff and volunteers, we are actively delivering services and projects in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Teignbridge.

Changing Lives, One Step At A Time

Meet Amy, who was homeless and in debt. With support from CCP, she was able to find suitable accommodation, gain employment, and rebuild her life. Amy's story is just one example of the positive influence our organisation has on individuals and families in need.

​Accommodation Based Support

Supportive environments for people who are vulnerable, homeless or  developing their independent living skills. We provide a range of block and dispersed accommodation for care leavers, young people, and adults.

​Community Based Support

Short term support to help people develop the skills to become self-reliant, resilient, and live independently in the long term. We support people with housing, debt, budgeting, training, employment, wellbeing and inclusion.

Early Help Family Support

Early Help and targeted interventions for children, young people and families, including strengths-based whole family support, parenting training, family mediation, family advocacy, and stay & play groups.
