Hours : Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary : £17,550 - £19,000 + benefits

An opportunity has arisen within our Community Based Support team for an experienced administrator. 

The Community Based Support team provide support and assistance to clients facing challenges relating to their housing. We help people maintain their tenancies, prevent homelessness, find more appropriate accommodation and assist in supporting clients to create strong and happy homes for individuals and families.

Our busy support team require an administrator to help support our triage service which will involve dealing with initial enquiries by phone and internet referral, as well as administering the allocation of  cases to support workers. You would also support managers with administrative tasks including maintaining an effective records system of cases, monitoring whether quality targets have been met and general administrative support tasks. 

You will be an organised person who is a confident communicator with an empathy for others, together with a focus on delivering good outcomes. Training in this role will be given.
