Hours : Part-time (30hrs per week) and Sessional hours with flexibility to meet service requirements

Salary : £18,000 - £19,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) + benefits.  Sessional : £9.00 per hour + holiday entitlement 

We are looking for new Support Workers to join our growing Accommodation Based Support team in Worcester.  Hours will be worked on a rota basis with a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends required to fulfil the role.  We are looking to recruit 1 part-time role at 30 hours per week and a sessional support worker to support across shifts. 

The broad outline of our work is that we support young people and adults into housing and increase their independence through person centred support. On a typical day our Support Workers do whatever they can to help people achieve their goals and transform their lives.

You will be supporting adults with complex needs in our supported housing site in Worcester. You will work in partnership with the Project Manager and a small team of Support Workers and Building Supervisors in order to provide stable accommodation and secure positive move-on's.
