Salary : £19,000-£22,000 per annum + benefits

Are you passionate about supporting homeless people with complex needs, histories of entrenched or repeated homelessness throughout the winter months?

Each winter CCP is involved with co-ordinating and supporting emergency accommodation across Worcestershire to enable rough sleepers to get in out of freezing temperatures in line with Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP). We are looking for someone to join the team as a Winter Weather Outreach Worker to aid rough sleeper support work in various locations across Worcestershire.

Evening and weekend work will be required, with some travel within Worcestershire. This is a temporary contract for 3 months from start date.
