Salary : £17,550 - £19,000 per annum + benefits

Due to growth within our community-based services team, we are looking for a full time Support Worker who is based within the community to support clients within our service.

The Gloucestershire Community Based Support Service provides support to clients across Gloucester, Tewkesbury and the Forest of Dean. Our service provides direct support to clients within their own homes, offering them support with housing related issues. This includes offering support with individual’s tenancies and supporting them with other aspects that could have a direct impact on their housing such as benefits, debts and improving their independent living skills. The role will also involve facilitating community groups, drop-in sessions and providing a telephone triage service to clients.

This role is a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm shift pattern; however, you must be willing to be flexible and work evenings and weekends as required to meet the needs of the clients. As this service covers Gloucester, Tewkesbury and the Forest of Dean, a willingness to travel across the areas is essential for this role.
