As a Support Worker this is a great opportunity to join a leading charity supporting people to turn their lives around. 

This role will be working within CCP's community based services on the Atlas Project. The Atlas project is designed specifically to support offenders and ex-offenders over the age of 18 years old who have a housing need. Your aim will be to break the cycle of crime by supporting clients to secure suitable accommodation and to develop the skill set needed to ensure stable independent living out in the community.

Multi-agency working is vital within this role, as you will be working closely with prison, police and probation services. A proactive approach is essential for this role to provide the best possible outcomes for your clients.

The role is on a 9:00 – 17:00 pattern however some flexibility is required for evening and weekend work to meet the needs of the clients.
