Sessional Support Workers : Redditch

Salary -  £8.50 per hour (+ holiday entitlement)

CCP is currently expanding its Homelessness Outreach Service in Redditch and Bromsgrove to include a Housing First Trail. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team, covering evenings and weekends, providing ongoing support to homeless people who have been recently housed.  One of the core aims is to reduce loneliness and isolation which would include calls to the person outside of organisation’s regular standard opening hours.
