Full-time – 37.5 hours per week on rota basis, including evenings, weekends and sleeps
Salary £17,000 - £19,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits
 
Exciting opportunity has arisen within CCP’s Independent Living Service, a person-centred service to assist people to develop skills to live independently.  This role involves working with individuals with complex and challenging needs.
 
Aspects of the role include:-
 
Working in line with:

• Placement Agreements and as directed by Social Services
• Individual Care Plans
• Wishes of Individuals

And:
•         Ensuring CCP accommodation units are safe and suitable for use
•         Supporting and encouraging clients with independent living skills
