Service Manager (Hereford and Worcester) Vacancy Reference No : CBS210 Hours : Full time 37.5 hours per week Salary : £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + benefits An exceptional opportunity has arisen within our Community Based Services to join our Worcestershire and Herefordshire team as a Service Manager. As the Service Manager you will be supporting the Director of Service by undertaking direct management of multiple contracts that are designed to support clients facing homelessness or who are homeless which have a high level of complexity. As the Service Manager you will have responsibility to ensure the Community Based Service provision within the area meets all staffing, contractual, legal and quality audit requirements. You will be able to plan, manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure all stakeholder requirements are met. This opportunity would suit a person who is currently in an established Service Manager position, or in a middle management level role who has the tenacity and drive to progress into Service Management. The successful individual will need to have a flexible approach to working to meet the needs of the service and some travel will be required between service areas and head office in Gloucestershire.
