Salary - £22-25K per annum
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Location - Community Wellbeing Service - Cheltenham and Tewkesbury

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to lead and implement the Community Wellbeing Service in Cheltenham and Tewkesbury by providing high quality services that strengthen the links between primary care practices, Integrated Community Teams (ICTs), Community Hospitals, Health Visitors other providers and the Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector to support improved health and wellbeing.

You will be expected to be an inspirational, forward thinking and innovative Manager with a strong focus on community outcomes. You should be confident in your ability to inspire individuals and teams to deliver continuous improvement in everything we do.  You should be progressive, resilient, and able to make decisions and encourage decision making at the right level in support of contract objectives.  The requirements of the role will mean that you will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to the principles and the core values of the service, encourage all those that you manage and work alongside to do the same.
