Hours : Part-time 22.5 hours per week

Salary : £17,550 - £18,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), + benefits. 

We are looking for a new Maintenance Operative to join work in our Facilities team providing maintenance support within our Accommodation Based unit based in Yate.

You will be someone who takes pride and pleasure in contributing to the health and well-being of our staff and clients by helping to create safe office and residential environments. 

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in helping the Facilities Team to keep our supported accommodation units in top shape, ensuring that rooms are turned around quickly and fit for purpose at all times.  In doing so, you will support the Charity's aims to create a safe and supportive environment to welcome young people in crisis. 

The broad outline of our work is that we support young people and adults into housing and increase their independence through person centred support. On a typical day our Maintenance Operatives will do whatever they can to support the wider team to enable young people achieve their goals and transform their lives.
