Maintenance Operative Maintenance Operative Part-time 22.5 hours per week Salary £16,000 - £18,000 per annum + benefits (pro rata) A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Facilities Team as a Maintenance Operative. Tasked with the day-to-day maintenance across CCP sites, you will be someone who takes pride and pleasure in contributing to the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients by helping to create safe office and residential environments. As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in helping the Facilities Team to keep our supported accommodation units in top shape, ensuring that rooms are turned around quickly and fit for purpose at all times. In doing so, you will support the Charity's aims to create a safe and supportive environment to welcome young people in crisis.
