Know Your Patch (Tewkesbury)

Know Your Patch is an initiative set up by Gloucestershire County Council and managed by Kingfisher Treasure Seekers.

We believe that thriving communities are key to good lives. Connecting Gloucestershire with local people, places and things that can help them will in turn help people live well and worry less.

Most people prefer to find their own solutions. When we get better at helping those people we reduce pressure on services.

We are proud of the community opportunities which exists in Gloucestershire and we work hard to help people make best use of these.

Know Your Patch builds networks for those working with individuals and groups to help people stay independent for longer and to lead full and happier lives. We have a network of organisations in each district in Gloucestershire.

These networks meet quarterly for networking and discussion and communicate through email bulletins and updates. These networks help connect VSCE and statutory organisations together for effective partnership working.
