CCP is seeking a well organised individual to manage its IT infrastructure and provide first line support to staff. The successful candidate will manage user accounts, provide staff with support relating to hardware and application software and set up new PCs, laptops and peripherals as required. You will be responsible for managing Citrix Xenapp servers, data backups, VoIP phone system and network hardware, switches and routers for multiple sites.

The successful candidate will need to possess:
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good people skills
• Ability to work within tight financial constraints and make best use of available technology and budget
• An understanding of complex information and requirements
• Good prioritisation skills and flexibility to respond to incidents
• Awareness of Data Protection and Information Governance principles

Experience and knowledge of the following are desirable
• Windows Server 2008 & 2012
• Exchange Server 2010
• Citrix Xenapp 6.5
• Remote Access & VPN
• Cisco networking
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Supporting staff and infrastructure across multiple sites

A full driving licence and car is essential to support sites and staff in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

The position is full-time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for out-of-hours system maintenance. Salary range £22k - £25k per annum.
