Hours : Full Time (37.5hrs per week) 

Salary : £17,550 - £21,000 + benefits

We are looking to recruit a Housing Officer to provide housing management services to  clients in our supported housing units in Hereford. 

Using your knowledge of housing law and a robust but sensitive approach, you will be able to help navigate residents successfully through their tenancies, including overseeing an assessment of their housing needs, managing tenancy related issues that arise and ensuring that their accommodation is safe and habitable at all time. This position will require a practical and pragmatic approach with day to day problem solving. This could include unblocking a resident’s WC, attending to a broken door lock as well as advising residents on housing related issues.
