Hours : Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary : £19,000 - £21,000 per annum (pro rata) + benefits

We are looking to recruit a Housing Officer to provide Housing Management Services to our Supported Housing Projects in Cheltenham.  Using your knowledge of Housing Management and a robust but sensitive approach, you will be able to navigate residents successfully through their tenancies/licenses, including overseeing an assessment of their housing needs, managing tenancy related issues that arise such as rent arrears and anti-social behaviour and ensuring their accommodation is safe and habitable at all times.  You will need a working knowledge of Excel and be proficient with financial data.
