Hours : Sessional hours as required by the service 

Salary :  £9.50 per hour for Sessional + holiday entitlement

We are looking for new Building Supervisors to join our growing Accommodation Based Support team in Gloucestershire.  Hours of work are waking nights on a rota basis, full time, part-time and sessional shifts are on offer.

The broad outline of our work is that we support young people and adults into housing and increase their independence through person centred support. On a typical day our Building Supervisors  do whatever they can  to support the wider team to enable  people achieve their goals and transform their lives.

CCP are a vibrant and dynamic organisation which is at the forefront of supporting and helping people and their communities across the South West and the West Midlands.

The project consists of 3 units, 2 in Cheltenham and one in Stroud, that accommodates young people who are making the steps towards independent living. We are a friendly and professional team.  You will proactively be maintaining and inspecting health and safety standards.  Even though you will be lone working at night providing waking support for the project, we have established and effective emergency on call procedures in place. You will also be responsible for maintaining security levels at the site and managing any issues that may arise.  The role will involve ensuring Safeguarding of the young people living on-site.

The role is Gloucestershire based with our main locations in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud. We have different teams and our staff are typically allocated as close to home as possible.
