Hours : Part time 24 hrs per week and Sessional hours as required by the Service

Salary :£18,720 - £19,000 per annum pro rata (contracted)

Sessional hours £9.00 per hour + holiday entitlement

We are an established charity looking for a Building Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting within our supported living accommodation which supports vulnerable young adults. This role is waking nights and you will be lone working.

The project consists of 14 units on one site within a 20 minute walk from central Bournemouth, that accommodates young people who are making the steps towards independent living. We are a small but friendly and professional team.  Even though you will be lone working the project has established and effective emergency on call procedures in place.

You will be proactively maintaining and inspecting health and safety standards.  You will also be responsible for maintaining security levels at the site and managing any issues that may arise.  The role will involve ensuring Safeguarding of the young people living on-site.
