“CCP is truly an inclusive culture of energised passion through collaborative team working.  This is something that is rarely seen in organisations today and something which CCP should be very proud of.” (Jeanette Howells, IIP)

CCP has some great news to share.  Investors in People visited our organisation a few weeks ago to test us against the new assessment process, which is far more rigorous than ever before.  They now have the latest version framework - the ‘Sixth Generation’ Standard, which has evolved to keep up with modern practices, reflecting the latest workplace trends and leading practices.

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the Investors in People Standard at GOLD level, placing us within the top 2% of employers nationally.

Jeanette Howells, the Investors in People Assessment Practitioner, said: “CCP have held Investors in People accreditation continuously since 1998, becoming the first voluntary organisation in Cheltenham to be accredited. They achieved Gold award level against the previous Investors in People Framework in 2014 and have continued to progress and embed good people strategies since then. CCP is an example of a charity which has endeavoured, through strong leadership and people commitment, to embrace the very essence of the values by which they operate. ‘Transforming lives of vulnerable children and adults’ is the ethos which drives through ambition and action. It is this ‘value’ which sits at the very heart of the organisation and from which everyone is empowered to deliver the results. This is a magnificent achievement and well deserved.”
