The Leicester Shire Voluntary & Community Sector Learning & Skills Consortium ("The Consortium") is a forum open to all Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations and Groups in Leicestershire County and Leicester City (Leicester Shire) with an interest in Learning & Skills.
The overall purpose of the Consortium is
"To seek to enable Voluntary & Community Organisations in Leicester Shire to have equal access to information and funding for learning and training"
The Consortium meets quarterly, and members receive regular email updates about training and learning opportunities.
