Roadshow Event - 24 September 2008

The next roadshow event will be held at the Council Chambers, Rutland County Council, Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP.

This is the first time we have been to Rutland and will provide an excellent opportunity for the voluntary sector to meet Health and Social Care staff from Rutland and develop partnership working.

Long-Term Conditions Programme Board

This is a new board which has met twice and will develop a strategy for all long-term conditions and work closely with all the sectors involved. There is representation on the board from all three local authorities, UHL, LCRPCT, Leicester City PCT, GP's, Existing Networks, Medical Directorates, Carers Representative, Voluntary Sector Representative, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and Equipment Services.

The board will facilitate multi-agency working and work towards ensuring that quality services are delivered.
