What is the Leicestershire Local Area Agreement?


Answer:

The Local Area Agreement is an agreement amongst partners describing how they will tackle issues set out in the Sustainable Community Strategy and what difference this will make to people in Leicestershire.

What is the Leicestershire Stronger Communities Strategy?


Answer:

The Stronger Communities Strategy builds on the work in some Leicestershire Communities. The strategy has been developed from consultation events around the County and by using an online wikeopedia facility.

What are Comprehensive Area Assessments?


Answer:

Comprehensive Area Assessments will be replacing Comprehensive Performance Assessments. The first Comprehensive Area Assessment in Leicestershire will take place in 2009. The County Council will be assessed on how it works with key partners.
