VCS Learning & Skills Portfolio

Introduction

The Leicester Shire Voluntary & Community Sector Learning & Skills Consortium was awarded funding to carry out a mapping exercise of the extent of learning & skills opportunities being offered through or for voluntary and community organisations and groups in Leicester Shire

The purpose of this exercise was to identify gaps in learning & skills opportunities and identify areas where the Learning & Skills Consortium should develop local capacity. This will help the Consortium to plan future programme and develop progression.

The result of this exercise was the development of this Learning & Skills Portfolio, aimed at the voluntary and community sector in Leicester Shire, as a service of the Consortium.
