Care Providers Forum

This Forum is open to all Voluntary Sector Providers who are, or will in the future be, regulated under the Care Standards Act 2000 i.e. Residential, Nursing, Day Care, Domiciliary, Outreach Care, Respite, etc.

Implementation of the Act has not been without its problems, and providers can find themselves overwhelmed by the amount of information and issues they need to address. This was the catalyst for the Forum, which provides a voice for Voluntary Sector Providers with which to influence policy makers and funders.

The Forum also provides a united voice to Voluntary Sector Providers in the partnership arena, and enables effective representation on planning groups.

We meet bi-monthly at VISTA .
